About StormNet Solutions
StormNet Solutions was born after one of the founders, Kieran O'Neill, was tired of working for IT Solutions providers that weren't providing the best service.
This lit a fire inside to create something new, where customers would enjoy the experience, instead of call the dreaded automated voice prompt, log a ticket, and wait days for anything to be actioned.
The idea is that customers come straight through to a real person, and their issues are dealt with there and then whilst on the phone.
Fun Fact - The name StormNet Solutions was created as Kieran is a Storm Chaser, visiting the US every year to chase deadly Tornadoes!
