From SoGEA broadband to dedicated leased lines, we help you choose, install, and manage the right internet connection for your business. Fast, reliable, and fully supported.
Choosing the right internet connection can be confusing. SoGEA, FTTP, leased lines — there are more options than ever. We cut through the jargon, find the best solution for your needs, and handle the entire installation from start to finish.
Single Order Generic Ethernet Access delivers reliable broadband without the need for a traditional phone line. Lower your monthly costs while getting the same fibre speeds you depend on. SoGEA is the modern replacement for standard FTTC broadband and is ideal for businesses that have moved to VoIP telephony.
Full Fibre to the Premises delivers ultrafast speeds directly into your building with no copper bottleneck. With download speeds up to 1Gbps and beyond, FTTP is the future-proof choice for businesses that need serious bandwidth for cloud computing, large file transfers, and multiple simultaneous users.
Dedicated, uncontended internet with guaranteed symmetrical speeds and enterprise-grade SLAs. Leased lines give your business its own private connection to the internet, meaning your speeds never slow down regardless of what other businesses nearby are doing. The gold standard for mission-critical connectivity.
Dealing with internet service providers can be frustrating and time-consuming. We act as your single point of contact, handling all communication with ISPs on your behalf. From ordering and provisioning to fault reporting and escalation, we take the hassle out of managing your internet service.
If your business cannot afford to lose internet connectivity, a failover solution is essential. We configure automatic backup connections using secondary broadband lines, 4G/5G routers, or alternative technologies that kick in within seconds of your primary connection dropping.
Not sure which type of internet connection is right for your business? We assess your usage patterns, number of users, critical applications, and budget to recommend the best option. We compare providers and negotiate on your behalf to get the best deal available at your location.
Every business has different requirements. Here is a quick overview of the main connection types we install and manage.
Up to 80Mbps download. No phone line needed. Great for small businesses with standard internet usage and VoIP telephony. Cost-effective and widely available.
Up to 1Gbps+ download. Full fibre to your building. Perfect for growing businesses needing fast, reliable connectivity for cloud services and multiple users.
Symmetrical guaranteed speeds. Dedicated uncontended bandwidth. The premium choice for businesses that depend on constant, high-performance connectivity with SLA guarantees.
Automatic failover via mobile broadband. Keeps your business online when your primary connection fails. Available anywhere with mobile signal coverage.
We manage the entire process from initial assessment through to installation and ongoing support, so you do not have to deal with ISPs directly.
We review your current usage, number of users, critical applications, and future growth plans to understand exactly what bandwidth and reliability you need.
We check availability at your premises across multiple providers and present you with the best options, clearly explaining the differences in speed, cost, and contract terms.
We place the order, coordinate with the ISP and any engineers, and manage the installation from start to finish. You deal with us, not the provider.
Once live, we configure your router, set up failover if required, and provide ongoing support. If anything goes wrong, we handle it with the ISP on your behalf.
Answers to the most common questions about business internet connections and our installation services.
SoGEA (Single Order Generic Ethernet Access) delivers broadband without requiring a traditional phone line. This means lower costs since you no longer pay for a landline you may not need. SoGEA uses the same FTTC technology as standard fibre broadband but is ordered as a single product, simplifying billing and reducing monthly outgoings.
FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet) runs fibre optic cable to a street cabinet, then uses existing copper wiring to reach your premises. FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) runs fibre optic cable directly into your building, delivering much faster and more reliable speeds. FTTP can offer symmetrical speeds up to 1Gbps or more, while FTTC typically maxes out around 80Mbps.
A leased line is ideal if your business relies heavily on cloud services, VoIP, video conferencing, or large file transfers. Leased lines provide guaranteed symmetrical speeds, dedicated bandwidth that is not shared with other users, and come with service level agreements for uptime and repair times. They are the gold standard for businesses that cannot afford internet downtime.
Leased line installations typically take between 60 and 90 working days from order to activation. This includes the survey, wayleave permissions if needed, and the physical installation of fibre to your premises. We manage the entire process and keep you updated at every stage.
An internet failover solution provides a backup internet connection that automatically activates if your primary connection goes down. This could be a secondary broadband line, a 4G or 5G mobile connection, or a different technology type. We configure your router to switch seamlessly so your team barely notices any disruption.
Yes. We can review your current contract, check early termination costs, and compare them against the savings from switching. In many cases, the improved service and reduced costs of a new connection outweigh any exit fees. We will always give you honest, transparent advice so you can make the best decision for your business.
